You'll be working in the AI platform team, serving internal clients. Our team consists of data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts.
We process huge amounts of data for multiple use cases, using both classic machine learning models and modern generative AI. We are quickly growing in the areas of chatbots and agents, and we are technologically savvy and cloud native

We're looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to:

Develop innovative agentic applications at every stage, from initial proof of concept to

full scale production deployment.

Establish standards for building agents and agentic tools

Research modern agentic frameworks and use them to implement solutions that match

UBS standards

Develop high-quality and production-ready Python code to be deployed on cloud

Mentor and guide junior colleagues

Skills

Must have

Excellent Python coding skills

Hands-on experience building agentic solutions

agents, chatbots, tools for agents

Knowledge of genAI related APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Experience with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel

Hands-on experience using cloud services

Azure, and especially Azure AI services would be a plus

Proficient in CI/CD tools and code productionization

Nice to have

Understanding of Machine Learning and related Python tools would be a plus

Knowledge of Kubernetes and especially AKS would be a plus
