DXC Luxoft has one of the world's leading Orchestrade practices. We are a top-tier Orchestrade Partner and a market leader in implementation, integration, upgrade, migration and Orchestrade SaaS and support services.

The project is a trading and position platform implementation for commodity products. This is a brilliant opportunity to work on several type of commodity products and learn a new trading platform.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DataLake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Kafka to support the Azure native interfaces around the clients new Orchestrade deployment, which DXC Luxoft are running as SaaS. You will work closely with data engineers, architects, and business teams to support and continuously improve and optimize data pipelines, real-time data streaming, and cloud-based analytics solutions.

- Databricks Jobs
- Delta Tables and Delta Lake
- PySpark data pipelines

You will run the SaaS and Data Layer support team responsible for maintaining the client environments of the new trading platform.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Lead will be responsible for:

Managing the day to day operation of the Orchestrade SaaS solution and DXC Luxoft developed Azure interfaces

Management reporting and governance with the client

Providing energy trading SME knowledge and mentoring the broader support team

Participate in application support and resolving customer issues

Hands on development and remediation of issues with the interfaces

Managing escalations to L3 support either from Microsoft or Orchestrade where underlying technology products are the source of outages

Collaborate with the client on continuous improvement

Skills

Must have

Cloud expertise in Azure DataLake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Kafka

Python coding for data pipelines

Previous experience leading a support team

Experience in successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications

Working experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release and incident management

Experience dealing with customer senior management

Nice to have

Commodities / energy trading experience

Understanding of Agile software development practices

Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools

Required languages

English B2 - Upper Intermediate
