Lead/Head Influence Manager (USA Market) $$$$ Offline

💼 About the company:

An international product company in the sweepstakes/social casino segment. The first brand has a proven track record, and in November we are launching a second brand while actively scaling operations.

🚀 What you’ll do:

 • Identify and onboard influencers (streamers, bloggers) for performance campaigns

 • Track and optimize traffic acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS)

 • Manage and scale a team of influencer managers

 • Develop strategies to grow influencer-driven performance

🎯 Requirements:

 • 3+ years of experience in performance influencer marketing (not just brand awareness)

 • Experience in sweepstakes/social casino – highly preferred

 • Strong knowledge of influencer sourcing and analytics tools

 • Understanding of influencer acquisition funnels and KPIs

 • Leadership experience – a plus
