Middle Influence Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Middle Influence Manager with a strong background in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting verticals. This role requires deep expertise in traffic acquisition, campaign optimization, and working with Tier 1 GEOs. You will be responsible for launching, analyzing, and scaling ad campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance with KPIs and traffic quality standards.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Search and select relevant influencers and streamers for promotional campaigns across multiple projects;
• Negotiate and close comprehensive and effective influencer deals;
• Manage the full cycle of influencer marketing campaigns: from brief development to final performance analysis;
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on campaign results;
• Analyze influencer audiences and channel effectiveness;
• Optimize ongoing campaigns and collaborations to maximize ROI.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing within the iGaming, Betting, or Gambling industries;
• Proven track record of independently managing influencer campaigns from initiation to final reporting;
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with key marketing metrics: ROI, CPA, CPC, NGR, CPM, CPV;
• Knowledge of market pricing and ability to evaluate and negotiate optimal deal terms;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Practical experience working with platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, Telegram, Discord;
• Proficiency in using tools and platforms for influencer discovery, analytics, and campaign tracking (databases, tools, dashboards, etc.);
• Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs;
• Solid understanding of offshore iGaming brand operations and compliance.
