Product Manager $$ Offline

AutoBidMaster is a global online auto auction platform that makes it simple for individuals, dealers, and business owners to buy vehicles online. Our goal is to provide a transparent, easy, and reliable way for members worldwide to participate in auto auctions.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead one of AutoBidMaster’s development and partner with a dedicated engineering team. You’ll own the roadmap, define priorities, and work with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver features that drive growth, retention, and long-term value.

 

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Research the market and competition to find opportunities for innovation.
  • Define and prioritize product hypotheses based on data and user feedback.
  • Improve value for subscription-based users and drive membership upgrades.
  • Continuously test and refine features that increase retention and lifetime value.

Product Execution

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver features.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Use Agile (Kanban) best practices to guide development and iterate quickly.

User Focus & Data Analysis

  • Conduct user research and collect feedback to uncover pain points.
  • Analyze behavior data to spot trends and improvement areas.
  • Run tests to optimize features and user experience.
  • Make all product decisions grounded in data.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Share product vision and updates with stakeholders across the company.
  • Align priorities with cross-functional teams.
  • Bring in fresh ideas by engaging in product discovery, competitors and industry trends analysis.

     

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3+ years of product management experience (marketplace, auction, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with GA4, SQL, BI tools).
  • Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and expectation management skills.
  • Understanding of international markets, payments, or logistics is a plus.
  • Based in Warsaw, Poland
