Enterprise Architect

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment between business strategy and IT solutions for a long-term international project. You will drive architectural governance, define target architectures, and strengthen the architecture function across the organization.
 

Responsibilities

• Ensure business & IT alignment and architectural compliance.
• Maintain enterprise architecture repository (e.g., HOPEX) and document applications, systems, and interdependencies.
• Conduct impact analyses, provide recommendations, and define target architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture governance (ARB) with IT & business stakeholders.
• Optimize processes, promote best practices, and facilitate cross-team coordination.
• Share clear architectural vision and progress updates.

Deliverables

• Application & integration impact assessments and architectural recommendations.
• Architecture roadmaps, system diagrams, and business capability documentation.
• Governance reports, optimized processes, and best practices consolidation.
   

Requirements

• 7+ years as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and tools (HOPEX is a plus).
• Proven ability to analyze, map, and design target architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication & governance skills; able to engage both business and IT stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to influence decisions.
