Social Media Designer — (Ukraine / EMEA) to $2000

About the Role 

We’re seeking a versatile Social Media Designer to produce visually engaging content for Quanta’s online platforms, including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Telegram. This role requires strong creative instincts, design precision, and the ability to translate brand messaging into impactful visuals. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design graphics, carousels, and short-form visuals for social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Telegram). 

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging priorities. 

• Create brand-consistent templates and maintain cohesive design systems across platforms. 

• Assist in producing short-form motion content and lightweight video assets. 

• Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and engagement metrics. 

• Contribute creative ideas to elevate overall content strategy and audience experience. 

• Deliver projects on schedule with clear communication in async workflows. 

Qualifications 

• 3–5 years of hands-on design experience in digital or social media environments. 

• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent design tools. 

• Familiarity with motion design or short-form video creation is a plus. 

• Strong visual taste and attention to detail in typography, layout, and color. 

• English B2–C1 level; able to interpret creative briefs and async feedback. 

• Comfortable working across time zones and managing daily deliverables independently.

Compensation & Region 

• $1,800–$2,000/month (full-time, remote contractor role) 
• Region: Remote (Ukraine / EMEA)
