Social Media Community Manager —(Ukraine / EMEA) to $2100

About the Role 

Quanta Tech Systems is seeking a proactive Social Media & Community Manager to oversee our daily posting, engagement, and content rhythm across key platforms — X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord. This is a full-time remote role focused on building consistent community interaction and maintaining a steady online presence within the technology and financial sectors. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage daily content publishing and engagement on X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord. 

• Respond to comments, DMs, and discussions with a professional, approachable tone. 

• Support small-scale content campaigns — threads, AMAs, visual content, and audience polls. 

• Collaborate with the design and marketing leads to ensure consistent brand voice. 

• Monitor engagement metrics and deliver weekly summaries with actionable insights. 

• Stay informed on industry trends (cybersecurity, fintech, online privacy) and surface new ideas. 

• Maintain structured async communication and meet publishing deadlines consistently. 

Qualifications 

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or community management. 

• Strong written English (C1 level or higher). 

• Comfortable using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Metricool, Buffer, or similar). 

• Familiarity with Telegram and Discord communities preferred. 

• Self-motivated and reliable in async, remote work environments. 

• Interest in technology, online security, or digital finance topics.

• Consistent weekly posting and engagement growth across all active channels. 

• Clear, data-driven communication on performance results. 

• Proactive collaboration and ownership without daily supervision. 

Compensation & Region 

• $1,800–$2,100/month (full-time, remote contractor role) 
• Region: Remote (Ukraine / EMEA)
