We are looking for a Senior Salesforce DevOps / Release Engineer.

About the Project:

Our client is partnering with a U.S.-based healthcare provider that uses Salesforce and AWS to deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions for patient care.

The goal of the project is to establish robust DevOps practices and enhance release management processes for Salesforce-based solutions. The focus is on delivering secure, scalable, and efficient healthcare technology systems through continuous improvement and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or development.
• 5+ years of experience applying DevOps principles, preferably in Salesforce environments.
• Strong background in CI/CD platforms and automation tools.
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, or other version control systems.

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce DX and deployment best practices.

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Gearset.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
• Understanding of metadata management and data migration methodologies.

• Awareness of compliance and security standards (e.g., HIPAA).

   

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
• Define and enforce version control standards and metadata governance.
• Coordinate and manage release cycles across multiple environments.
• Oversee and support sandbox, staging, and production environments.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Ensure proper access control and compliance within Salesforce instances.
• Document DevOps workflows and provide guidance to development teams.
• Continuously refine deployment pipelines to improve reliability and efficiency.

• Support regression testing and assess potential cross-team dependencies of new releases.
