Can you turn static ideas into motion magic that converts?

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who can bring our creatives to life — fast, sharp, and full of style.

Our design team already includes 4 talented people, and the creative workload keeps growing.
That’s why we’re looking for a Freelance / Part-time Motion Designer to help us scale our video direction and push our product visuals to the next level 🚀

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Create ad videos for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram (shorts, stories, promos, app intros)
• Add dynamic transitions, animations, and effects — no templates, pure creativity
• Experiment with AI tools (Veed, Runway, Pika, MidJourney — we love innovation)
• Independently generate or design elements without relying on a graphic designer
• Produce UGC-style content (record yourself or use AI avatars)

• Work with English briefs, while keeping Ukrainian internal communication

   

⚙️ Format & Collaboration:

• Freelance / Part-time / Project-based
• Payment depends on video complexity & duration
• If we’re a great match — expect a steady flow of projects
• You’ll work closely with the Design Lead and our SMM team

🧩 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in motion design for ads, promos, or social media content
• Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Curiosity and confidence to experiment with AI and modern formats
• Independence and attention to quality — from idea to delivery

• A solid portfolio or demo reel (must have)
