Middle/Senior PPC Manager

We’re seeking a Middle/Senior PPC Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy, driving measurable growth in lead generation and sales opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of practical experience managing PPC campaigns for B2B technology or service-based companies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax). Experience with LinkedIn Ads will be a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, UTM structuring and attribution models. 
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance improvements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Ads
  • Develop and manage a full-funnel strategy that attracts, engages, and converts high-quality prospects, focusing on building a qualified pipeline, not just generating leads.
  • Continuously experiment and optimize: test, learn, and scale what delivers results.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Take decisive action when performance dips.
  • Interpret trends, identify patterns, and make smart, data-informed decisions that drive growth.

  • Creative and curious, you’re always exploring new ideas and approaches.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • English - upper intermediate.
  • Good communication skills.
