Middle/Senior PPC Manager
We’re seeking a Middle/Senior PPC Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy, driving measurable growth in lead generation and sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of practical experience managing PPC campaigns for B2B technology or service-based companies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax). Experience with LinkedIn Ads will be a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, UTM structuring and attribution models.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Ads
- Develop and manage a full-funnel strategy that attracts, engages, and converts high-quality prospects, focusing on building a qualified pipeline, not just generating leads.
- Continuously experiment and optimize: test, learn, and scale what delivers results.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Take decisive action when performance dips.
- Interpret trends, identify patterns, and make smart, data-informed decisions that drive growth.

- Creative and curious, you’re always exploring new ideas and approaches.
- Comfortable working independently.
- English - upper intermediate.
- Good communication skills.
