Book and E-commerce Manager. Product Research, Production and Operations Support

We’re an international small agency working in publishing and e-commerce (AI-assisted book creation, digital products, and online stores). We’re looking for a versatile helper who can handle a bit of everything, research, coordination, and execution across different small projects.

Your main tasks:

• Research profitable book topics and e-commerce products (using Amazon, Etsy, IngramSpark, etc.)

• Help coordinate production: organize content, images, metadata, and uploads.

• Assist in agency tasks, basic project management, data entry, and communication.

• Work with tools like Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Notion, and Make.com (training provided).

• Perform occasional admin and creative support tasks (titles, descriptions, listings).

Requirements:

• Strong English reading & writing skills.

• Detail-oriented and fast learner, can figure things out independently.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online tools, and research platforms.

• Interest in digital products, books, or e-commerce is a big plus.

• Reliable and consistent communication (Slack, Telegram, or similar).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Amazon KDP / IngramSpark / Etsy.

• Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms.

• Basic understanding of online marketing, SEO, or design tools (Canva, Midjourney).
