We are building a global B2B marketplace that connects businesses worldwide, helping suppliers, manufacturers, and buyers streamline trade, logistics, and growth. We are now looking for a Head of Marketing who can lead our marketing strategy, drive acquisition, and build scalable growth systems across SEO, PPC, and other channels. 

 

Responsibilities

    •    Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
    •    Lead SEO and paid acquisition (PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) from strategy to execution.
    •    Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (content, performance, design).
    •    Define and track key marketing KPIs through web and product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar).
    •    Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize funnels, user journeys, and conversion flows.
    •    Manage budgets, campaigns, and reporting to ensure ROI-positive marketing operations.
    •    Drive marketplace visibility through content, partnerships, and digital PR.
    •    Contribute to product positioning and brand narrative.

 

Requirements

    •    Proven experience leading marketing in e-commerce, marketplace, or SaaS environments (B2B focus preferred).
    •    Strong hands-on skills in SEO, PPC, and web analytics.
    •    Experience in building and managing teams and establishing internal marketing processes.
    •    Solid understanding of software development principles and how web applications function (basic tech literacy is a must).
    •    English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken.
    •    Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
    •    Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.

  •    Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
