Growth Content Marketer

We’re looking for a Growth Content Marketer who will build our visibility and lead generation system through content, outreach, and partnerships, but not paid ads.

You’ll turn our agency’s expertise in UX/UI, ASO, and digital product design into stories, connections, and leads.
 

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Content Marketing (≈60%)

  • Build and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, Telegram, and other.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-value posts, case studies, and articles (2–3 per week).
  • Collaborate with designers to create visuals, motion snippets, and carousels.
  • Maintain brand tone of voice and messaging consistency.
  • Turn ongoing projects into content stories (“behind the scenes”, “how we did it”).

 

2️⃣ Outreach & Email Marketing (≈10%)

  • Define segments (mobile apps, SaaS, e-commerce, product teams).
  • Create cold outreach and follow-up sequences (3–5 messages).
  • Manage the contact base and track replies / conversions.
  • Write personalized LinkedIn DMs and initiate expert-to-expert conversations.
  • Analyze results and continuously test new offers or approaches.

 

3️⃣ Lead Magnets, Collaborations & Community (≈20%)

  • Create lead magnets (PDFs, Notion guides, checklists).
  • Build relationships with partners: production studios, app publishers, app growth communities, founders.

 

4️⃣ Prepare presentations, proposals, and portfolio materials for website, Upwork and direct client outreach. (≈10%)
