Where We Are (Pre-Launch)
“We’re in pre-launch — the product is not live yet. We’re building a scalable iGaming platform and preparing a clean entry into MENA markets (Egypt, Morocco, Algeria — and beyond). Now is the moment to set the marketing engine from 0→1: strategy, channels, brand, analytics, and the team that will drive sustainable growth.”
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategy & Growth (MENA): craft and execute the go-to-market strategy for Egypt/Morocco/Algeria; define positioning, channel mix, targets, and budget.
- Acquisition & Partnerships: own all acquisition channels — affiliate, influencer/KOL, media buying, SEO/ASO, SMM, retargeting, and performance creatives; build and scale affiliate programs.
- Funnel & ROI: design conversion funnels, run experiments, and optimize CAC/LTV, FTD, CR, ARPU, ROI; allocate budget by performance.
- Brand & Content: shape the brand’s communication platform; oversee creative direction, content production, and localization for MENA.
- Analytics & Reporting: implement dashboards and reporting across channels; partner with Product on conversion and retention (GGR/NGR, cohorts, churn).
- Team Leadership: build and lead a high-performing marketing team (5+); set KPIs/OKRs, establish clear rituals, and coach for outcomes.
- Compliance & Risk: ensure ads/partnerships follow local rules and platform policies; manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have experience in iGaming/Betting/FinTech or high-performance digital marketing.
- You’re strong in affiliate marketing and media buying, and you’ve run campaigns end-to-end (strategy → execution → analytics).
- You live in performance metrics: CAC/LTV, FTD, CR, ARPU, ROI, GGR/NGR — and you act on dashboards.
- You’ve managed international campaigns and understand cultural/behavioral specifics of MENA audiences.
- You’ve built and led teams (5+ people) and prefer ownership to micromanagement.
- You communicate clearly in English (Upper-Intermediate+); French or Arabic is a real advantage.
- You’re comfortable at growth stages where formal processes don’t exist yet — and you like building them.
