Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, US Pacific Time

About the Role
Patexia is seeking a proactive and results-driven Expert Network Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and recruit top professionals to serve as expert witnesses for legal cases in the US. You will use research, outreach, and relationship-building skills to grow and maintain our network of experts across various technical and scientific fields.

Patexia is a fast-growing legal tech company that connects IP professionals and expert witnesses through technology, data, and AI. We help law firms and corporations find the right experts for their cases while simplifying complex litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified experts from academia, industry, and research institutions
• Conduct online research to identify candidates with relevant expertise
• Communicate with experts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Manage expert relationships and maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Work with the project manager to understand case requirements
• Support the onboarding process and ensure timely expert matching
• Track metrics and improve outreach strategies

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate or advanced English (spoken and written)
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, research, or talent sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting legal professionals, expert witnesses, or technical consultants
• Background in IP, law, or STEM
