Team Lead Media Buyer

Role Overview:
You will be part of a growing marketing team, which currently consists of approximately 40 people, including the affiliate team, the SEO team, and the technical team.
There are many different tasks and challenges to get excited about! You can be creative with your work, as we are always open to new ideas in finding and testing new sources.
We are not just looking for a team member who will work with basic partners (create links, update promotions, and keep track of them). We are looking for someone who would be interested in constantly testing new products in affiliate marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team management (selection, adaptation, training, work control);
- KPI control;
- Generating ideas for new connections and approaches;
- Monitoring, analysis and optimisation of advertising campaigns;
- Searching for new tools to increase team efficiency;
- Performance analysis to increase ROI and profit.
Ideal profile for the position:
- Intermediate English or higher;
- Strong planning and organisational skills;
- Experience in the position of Team Lead for at least 1 year;
- Work experience of 2 years or more with Facebook ads;
- Experience managing a team of 5 people or more;
- Confident user of tools: Keitaro, spy services, etc.;
- Ability to work with large budgets.
