Location: Remote (Ukraine preferred)
Compensation: $1,000–$1,500/month (full-time contractor)
 

About the Role

Quanta Tech Systems is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to expand our online presence and strengthen audience engagement across X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord.
This role blends consistent content execution with community interaction — ideal for someone who enjoys digital storytelling, understands tech audiences, and thrives in an async work environment.
 

You’ll work directly with our marketing lead to build visibility, test growth ideas, and help shape how our brand connects with users.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish daily posts across X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, DMs, and messages in a clear, authentic tone.
• Support small-scale campaigns — threads, visuals, AMAs, and community discussions.
• Track engagement metrics and share weekly performance updates.
• Monitor emerging trends in technology and online communities to inform new ideas.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teammates to maintain consistent tone and brand presentation.
   

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or community management.
• Strong written English (C1 level or higher).
• Comfortable using X, Telegram, and Discord on a daily basis.
• Interest in emerging tech, online security, or digital finance topics.
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in async workflows.
• Bonus: Experience with simple content tools (Canva, Figma) or data tracking dashboards.
