We are looking for a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) β€” a C-level executive β€” to lead our retention and CRM strategies, enhance customer loyalty, and maximize player lifetime value across all our brands.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement the Retention strategy for all company brands.
  • Work closely with and oversee VIP management programs.
  • Design and monitor loyalty programs, CRM campaigns, and personalized offers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase LTV and ARPU.
  • Implement player segmentation tools and automate communications (e-mail, push, SMS, in-app).
  • Lead a team of CRM/Retention Managers and promote best practices.
  • Analyze key metrics including Retention Rate, Churn Rate, DAU/MAU, ROI of campaigns.
  • Optimize bonus policies to balance profitability and retention.
  • Monitor KPI achievement across all projects in terms of player retention.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within iGaming, Gambling, or Betting.
  • Deep understanding of retention marketing and player behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools (Braze, Optimove, Emarsys, etc.).
  • Experience in building and scaling retention strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
