Social Media Manager
About the role
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to run our multi-channel presence end-to-end: strategy, daily publishing, community ops, experiments, and reporting. You’ll own a unified content calendar (RU/EN), brief copy/design, ship posts every day, and link social → blog → store/app with clean UTMs and deeplinks.
Responsibilities
Strategy & calendar: Maintain a single content calendar for daily posts/digests/release announcements; plan 2–4-week sprints; reserve RU/EN slots and localization workflow.
Editorial & production: Brief copywriters/designers; write clear specs; enforce checklists for tone, claims, links, and assets.
X (Twitter): Daily posts/threads; replies; lists; creator interactions; scheduled + real-time publishing.
Telegram: Run the channel (announcements, digests, pins) and chat (Q&A, moderation by guidelines); polls; traffic routing to blog/app via deeplinks.
Discord: Structure servers/roles/channels; onboarding flows; anti-bot moderation; trigger branches for releases and “top-drops.”
YouTube Community: Posts with video announcements, polls, cards with timestamps/CTAs; publish long-form and Shorts with consistent metadata.
TikTok/IG Reels: Publish and describe videos; pinned comments with CTA/link-in-bio; Stories with links; cross-post best clips.
Social listening: Monitor mentions across platforms; triage, escalate, and respond per playbook; track sentiment and FAQs.
Experiments: A/B test formats/headlines/CTAs/times; document hypotheses & results; ship winners to the calendar.
Cross-channel interlinking: Tie blog → social → store/app; maintain UTM hygiene, deeplinks, and per-platform CTAs.
Reporting & metrics:
- Daily pulse: reach, ER, clicks/deeplinks, installs.
- Weekly: growth, CTR/ICR, top posts, contribution to install/first action.
- Monthly: MAU contribution by social channels and content themes.
Requirements
- 2+ years in SMM for tech/fintech/crypto/media or mobile products.
- Fluent written English; confident russian localization management.
- Proven channel ops on Telegram, X, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and IG; comfortable with in-app announcements.
- Strong briefing skills; can turn product/news inputs into crisp posts, threads, and scripts.
- Data-driven: able to design simple experiments and read dashboards (GA4, Search Console, store analytics, platform insights).
- Tooling: Notion/Jira/Asana, Figma (view/annotations), Sheets/Excel (UTMs, pivots), scheduling tools, link managers, deeplinks.
Nice to have
- Crypto context (airdrops, narratives, key channels).
- Light design/video (Figma/Canva; trimming/captions); thumbnail copy.
- Experience coordinating with PR/KOLs and guerilla teams.
- Familiarity with Branch/AppsFlyer; Sensor Tower/Data.ai/AppTweak basics.
