Junior CRM Manager

We’re looking for a Junior CRM Manager with at least 6 months of experience in iGaming (casino and/or sports betting). This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a foundation in CRM and wants to grow into a more advanced role while working on exciting player engagement projects across two dynamic verticals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the full player lifecycle: activation, retention, reactivation.
  • Support planning and execution of multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, messengers).
  • Help with player segmentation and basic personalization of offers based on user behavior.
  • Monitor campaign timing around sports events and casino promotions.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs (Retention Rate, Churn, Bonus Cost, etc.) with guidance from senior team members.
  • Stay informed about iGaming industry trends and CRM practices to bring fresh ideas.
  • Follow responsible gaming standards and regional regulations.

 

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing within iGaming (casino/sports).
  • Basic understanding of player behavior, segmentation, and campaign personalization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Customer.io, OneSignal, or similar).
  • Some experience working with data/BI tools to review performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
