Account Manager / Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a responsible professional who can effectively manage client accounts, coordinate internal teams, and ensure a high level of service. The role involves close interaction with clients, analysis of account financial performance, managing expectations, and contributing to the development of long-term partnership relationships.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Success / Account Manager / Project Manager in IT.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, systematic approach, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• High accuracy in working with numbers (reporting, budgets, expense control).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnership relationships.
• English proficiency B1–B2 (spoken and written client communication).
• Understanding of the IT market specifics (outstaffing, outsourcing, staff augmentation).
• Responsibility, proactivity, and ability to take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts: coordinate team activities, monitor workload, and ensure quality of delivery.
• Daily communication with clients (calls, emails), manage expectations, and handle escalations.
• Structure processes, maintain documentation, and prepare regular project status reports.
• Provide client consultations regarding cooperation models and agree on working formats.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and initiate service improvements.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Legal, HR, Recruitment).
• Maintain and update internal documentation.
Will be a plus
• Monitoring account financials (expenses, profitability), experience with CRM and trackers.
• Experience in analyzing retention metrics, forecasting, and developing upsell potential.
• Experience working with clients from the USA/EU.
• Negotiation skills, managing escalations, and client expectations.
• Experience in structuring and documenting processes.
• Experience in intensive client service environments.
• Ability to build long-term partnership relationships.
