Marketing Project Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Project Manager to run the day-to-day of our content, SEO, ASO, and guerrilla/community initiatives. You’ll own weekly sprints and metrics, coordinate copy/design/PR, drive A/B testing in app stores, and keep the whole machine on schedule and on target.
Responsibilities
- Ops & team coordination: Unblock the content marketing and guerrilla marketing teams; run standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros; prioritize tickets and resolve dependencies.
- ASO ownership: Full control of App Store & Google Play ASO (hypotheses backlog, asset/test plans), A/B testing cadence, reporting, and rollouts.
- Weekly sprints across functions: Plan and track work for copywriters, designers, community/ambassadors, and performance marketing. Maintain a clean, dated roadmap.
- Weekly metrics: Publish a concise dashboard (organic installs, store CTR/CVR, content cadence & CTR, SEO traffic, growth KPIs). Call out risks and next actions.
- Content & SEO curation: Co-own the editorial plan; write briefs for copy/design; enforce internal linking, on-page SEO checklists, and content QA before publishing.
- Ads briefs & QA: Draft clear briefs for media buyers (ASA/Google/Meta/TikTok/X), define success metrics, ensure assets/copy match policies, and verify tracking links/UTMs.
- First 90 days: PR & KOLs: Lead PR outreach and manage influencer/creator pipeline (briefs, angles, deliverables, approvals, performance recap).
- Issue triage (guerrilla): Help the guerrilla team handle edge cases, conflicts, or platform flags; coordinate fast fixes and communication.
Requirements
- 2+ years in marketing project management or growth ops for mobile apps, fintech/crypto, or product companies.
- Proven ASO experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console) and running A/B tests end-to-end.
- Solid grasp of SEO (search intent, on-page, internal linking) and content workflows.
- Strong planning skills (Agile/Scrum/Kanban), excellent brief writing, and ruthless prioritization.
- Data-driven: can read dashboards and decide next steps (GA4, Search Console, store analytics).
- Tools: Jira/Asana/ClickUp, Notion, Figma viewer, Sheets/Excel (pivot charts, basic formulas), UTMs/deeplinks.
- Clear written English and russian; confident async communication with cross-functional teams and partners.
Nice to have
- Domain context in crypto/fintech and creator/influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with Data.ai/Sensor Tower/AppTweak, Branch/AppsFlyer, Looker/Data Studio.
- Basic HTML/Markdown, light copy-editing, or asset QA in Figma.
- Experience running PR calendars, briefing spokespeople, and handling moderation/review cycles.
What we offer
- Remote work, tight feedback loops, and real impact on product roadmap.
- Space to experiment with formats and automation.
- Competitive compensation (discussed individually).
