About the Role
We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist with deep experience in building advanced AI agents and workflows using n8n. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills across JavaScript, SQL, and APIs of different types, and proven experience integrating tools such as Airtable, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Supabase, and other modern platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency and enable intelligent business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced AI-driven workflows in n8n
• Integrate multiple APIs (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, etc.) across various platforms
• Develop and optimize database queries (SQL, Supabase)
• Build and connect automation between Airtable, LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok), and custom data sources
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing workflows for performance and reliability

Requirements:

• Proven experience with n8n and workflow automation
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL, Websockets)
• Familiarity with Airtable, Supabase, and AI/LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data structures, relational databases, and automation logic
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) – ability to communicate clearly with international teams and clients

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other automation platforms (Zapier, Make, custom Node.js workflows)
• Background in eCommerce or digital marketing tech stack
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar)
