What You’ll Be Doing (HTML5 Designer – Playable Ads)
- Designing interactive playable ads in HTML5 for Facebook, TikTok, Unity, ironSource, and more.
- Building animations, microgames, and responsive interfaces (3–15 sec creatives).
- Collaborating with marketers and game designers to quickly test hypotheses.
- Adapting creatives for multiple platforms and network requirements.
- Participating in A/B testing and optimizing based on CTR, IPM, CR, and more.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (for animations and game logic).
- Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Pixi.js, or similar).
- Confident in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator — UI/UX and asset prep.
- Able to optimize creatives to fit ≤2MB file size.
- Basic understanding of game design and usability.
- Hands-on experience with Playable Ads, Rich Media, or interactive banners is a huge plus.
