What You’ll Be Doing (HTML5 Designer – Playable Ads)

  • Designing interactive playable ads in HTML5 for Facebook, TikTok, Unity, ironSource, and more.
  • Building animations, microgames, and responsive interfaces (3–15 sec creatives).
  • Collaborating with marketers and game designers to quickly test hypotheses.
  • Adapting creatives for multiple platforms and network requirements.
  • Participating in A/B testing and optimizing based on CTR, IPM, CR, and more.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (for animations and game logic).
  • Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Pixi.js, or similar).
  • Confident in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator — UI/UX and asset prep.
  • Able to optimize creatives to fit ≤2MB file size.
  • Basic understanding of game design and usability.
  • Hands-on experience with Playable Ads, Rich Media, or interactive banners is a huge plus.
