What You’ll Be Doing

🤝Manage relationships with publishers and affiliates: communication, motivation, retention

📈Keep partners active and help them scale

📊 Analyze performance data, work with reports and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)

📱Respond quickly to partner requests  and always stay connected

💡Show initiative, contribute to developing new verticals, and support team scaling

What We’re Looking For

🎯 Experience in the sweepstakes and nutra verticals

🎯 Understanding of tracking and analytics (any platform)

🎯 Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

🎯 Fluent English

🎯 Ability to retain partners

🎯 Proactivity, structured thinking, diplomacy

🎯 Existing affiliate base — big plus
