Amazon PPC Growth Specialist

VitaUp is a fast-growing international startup in the premium nutraceutical niche, selling on Amazon US and EU. We’re scaling aggressively and competing with major players like NOW, HumaN and Pure Encapsulations.
 

Now we’re looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist — someone who thinks strategically and knows how to scale.

What you’ll do

 

  • Set up, manage, and scale campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to hit KPIs (ROAS, TACoS, CVR, CTR).
  • Run A/B and split tests across listings, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Analyze data deeply to spot new opportunities, create reports, and generate insights.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and external traffic teams (if you have experience).
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon ToS, FDA regulations, and brand guidelines.

 

You’re a great fit if you have:

 

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience (we’re looking for practitioners, not theorists).
  • A proven track record in scaling revenue while maintaining ROAS.
  • Experience managing large budgets ($20–50K+ per month).
  • Skills in CRO, A/B testing, and a strong grasp of funnels.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Solid English skills (B2 or higher).
  • Independence, a structured mindset, and the ability to follow through.

💡 Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Amazon DSP, AI-based bidding, or external traffic (Google Ads, Meta).
  • Understanding of attribution models, branding, Store design, and A+ content.
