Global HR (temporary) $$ Offline

We are looking for an HR generalist to provide temporary coverage during HR's maternity leave.
This is a 4-month, full-time role (remote).

Perion Network is a global company headquartered in Israel that operates in digital advertising.
It helps brands and media platforms deliver ads effectively across the internet — in search, video, social media, websites, and apps.
Perion works worldwide and brings together a global team of professionals in marketing, technology, and analytics.
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support for the Ukrainian team (approx. 30 employees).
• Contribute to global HR projects, including assessments, development programs, events, and internal initiatives.
• Support the recruitment process for the Ukrainian team if new vacancies arise during the period.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR.
• Proactive and independent working style.
• Good spoken English (the manager doesn’t speak Ukrainian).
• Based in Kyiv or able to visit the office several times during the cooperation.
