Team Lead of Media Buying

     Responsibilities

  • Managing the media buying team: setting daily/weekly tasks, monitoring KPIs (ROI, eCPA, CR, volumes), providing regular feedback and optimizing workflows;
  • Launching and scaling ad campaigns: testing hypotheses and funnels, scaling working campaigns, responding promptly to bans and technical issues;
  • Analysis and optimization: tracking performance via trackers and BI systems, making decisions on traffic redistribution or shutdowns, gathering insights;
  • Process systematization: maintaining a knowledge base (tests, funnels, approaches), ensuring internal standards are followed, handling alerts;
  • Cross-department coordination: briefing designers, working with the tech team on infrastructure and accounts, reporting.

    Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in media buying;
  • Experience in iGaming;
  • Deep understanding of multiple major traffic sources: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, UAC, DSP (at least one);
  • Experience managing budgets of $100K+ per month;
  • Work with GEOs Tier1 / Tier2 / Tier3 / CIS (one or more);
  • Experience with agency accounts;
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics, funnels, analytics, and attribution;
  • Experience managing a team of 6+ people;
  • Willingness to combine hands-on media buying with team leadership and development.
