🔹 About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Designer to bring creative firepower to our brand. From Web3-native memes to polished infographics, your visuals will drive reach and engagement across our channels.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Content & Growth Manager and Outreach Manager to ensure visuals match campaign goals and audience tone.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics, memes, infographics, and short-form video for social channels.
• Translate Web3 culture into engaging, shareable visuals.
• Build and maintain a template bank for quick-turn assets.
• Deliver consistent assets in an async-first, fast-paced startup.
• Balance meme-native creativity with brand polish.

🔸 Qualifications

• Portfolio of social media visuals (crypto/Web3 preferred).
• Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Web3/crypto visual trends.
• Clear async communication and ability to self-manage.
• Flexibility in design tone (playful to professional).
