 This role is all about audience growth and engagement — building communities that are active, sticky, and aligned with our Web3 + cybersecurity brand.

You won’t just post content — you’ll own the growth loop: follower count, engagement metrics, and creative experiments that translate into user adoption and brand credibility.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a social media calendar with an emphasis on X growth.
• Drive consistent follower growth and engagement (likes, shares, comments, retention).
• Collaborate with designers and outreach leads to align content + growth campaigns.
• Track analytics (CTR, engagement, follower count) and deliver insights weekly.
• Experiment with threads, memes, infographics, video snippets, and other formats.
• Stay ahead of crypto/Web3 trends to adapt tone and campaigns.

🔸 Qualifications

• Proven experience growing Twitter/X communities (portfolio/case studies required).
• Strong grasp of crypto/Web3 culture, memes, async communication.
• Ability to write across tones (formal → casual/degen).
• Experience with analytics tools (native + third-party).
• Demonstrated collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams.
