Marketing Lead and Creative Partnerships Strategy
Flickplay is building the future of character-led entertainment. We partner with the world’s most iconic IPs such as Bratz, PAC-MAN, and Baby Shark to create interactive, collectible, and social experiences that connect fans with the characters they love.
We are looking for a hands-on, self-driven Creative Partnerships & Marketing Lead to own the creative strategy, execution, and partner approvals that bring our collaborations to life. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, IP partner management, and growth marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, is obsessed with results, and knows how to translate creative vision into measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own creative pipelines: Develop, optimize, and automate the creative production process for social media, go-to-market campaigns, and product launches with top-tier IP partners.
- Manage IP approvals: Serve as the point of contact with IP partners for creative reviews, asset approvals, and new character collection releases.
- Drive growth through testing: Experiment with creative formats, content strategies, and platform features to convert views into downloads and active users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to test features, provide feedback, and ensure our creative strategies resonate with users.
- Stay close to the community: Partner with the community manager and engage directly with users to understand their needs, refine positioning, and maximize adoption of new features.
- Master the Flickplay product: Become an expert on our AR camera and experiment with content strategies to unlock new pathways for growth.
- Lead by example: Operate as both a strategic thinker and an independent contributor. Be proactive, ambitious, fast-moving, and relentlessly focused on achieving collective goals.
