Trainee email marketing manager

Your project: Mailkeeper. A powerful SaaS platform built to maximize customer retention through smart email marketing. Our team becomes an integral part of your business, driving results with comprehensive support — from strategy and creative development to hypothesis testing and campaign optimization.

You will:

● Create engaging content: The content manager should be able to craft emails that engage and persuade the target audience. This includes developing attention-grabbing headlines, crafting persuasive calls to action, and using language that resonates with the target audience.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The content manager should work closely with other teams, such as marketing, product, and design, to ensure that content is aligned with overall business goals and strategies. This includes collaborating on campaigns, understanding customer insights, and ensuring that templates are consistent across all touchpoints.

From you:

● At least Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate writing English skills are required.
● Experience in content creation.
● Ability to quickly create exciting content following business needs and the target audience.
● Adaptability and willingness to learn.
● Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).

Will be an advantage:

● Experience in Email Marketing, understanding of key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate).
● Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for adapting complex layouts and making minor code edits.
