Performance Ads Manager — Remote
We’re helping our Melbourne-based partner agency find an experienced PPC specialist with multi-platform expertise. They work with DTC brands, B2B SaaS companies, local service providers, and mobile apps. The team is small but ambitious, with a strong culture of accountability.
Role
The main responsibility is the precise and timely execution of ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Bing. Tasks are provided in Notion as detailed briefs, including budgets, audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign structure. Responsibilities include campaign launches, keyword research, ad copy creation, and final QA.
Collaboration is managed via Slack, Gmail, and Google Drive, with a required overlap of 2–3 hours in the AEST time zone.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads.
- Additional expertise with Google Merchant Centre, GTM, GA4, Shopify, Wordpress.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactivity in meeting deadlines.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for clear communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the agency’s processes.
Compensation & Terms
A long-term contract in a remote format is offered. Salary starts from $3000+/month, depending on experience level. The role is contractor-based, with a focus on long-term collaboration and professional growth within the team.
