Position Overview
We are looking for a Media Buyer & Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our paid media campaigns while supporting email marketing and creative production. This is a full-time, high-intensity role—you will be expected to perform at your best every day. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook, Google, and Instagram Ads campaigns
• Manage campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and scale winning strategies
• Build and send email campaigns in Klaviyo, including flows and newsletters
• Design and edit marketing creatives (ads, banners, social posts) using Canva or similar tools
• Test, iterate, and improve campaigns to maximize ROAS and conversions
• Work closely with management to deliver measurable results

Requirements

• Experience in media buying (Facebook, Google, Instagram) is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Klaviyo email marketing and segmentation
• Basic design and editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-based decisions
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and willing to work hard and grow fast
