SMM Manager

We are looking for a SMM Manager to join our team!

Requirements:
- 1-69 years of experience in SMM, preferably in sports projects;
- You can easily distinguish cringe from based;
- Level 69 meme-archivist;
- You're up-to-date with all trends, allowing you to hype 24/7;
- Basic knowledge of graphic design: composition, typography, colors;
- Profound expertise in top-notch visuals;
- You know how to manage your time, focus, and prioritize based on business goals;
- You have moderate impostor syndrome, which helps you constantly analyze and improve your work;
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.

Will be a plus:
- Rap and breakdancing skills;
- Experience in iGaming;
- Skill in Photoshop;
- Skill in Première / Final Cut.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals;
- Create and manage engaging social media content;
- Manage social media pages;
- Track and analyze social media metrics, competitor data, and ad campaign effectiveness to optimize performance;
- Collaborate closely with the team and other departments;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the gambling and betting industry;
- Prepare detailed reports;
- Achieve target KPIs;
- Be prepared for team parties at a moment's notice.
