Senior Content Writer

Hantix is a next-generation recruitment agency specializing in hiring talent for the iGaming industry, as well as complex and niche sectors such as fintech, crypto, adult, and dating.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality written content (articles, blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, social media, etc.) in Russian for IT and high-risk industries;
• Adapt complex and technical topics into clear, engaging, and accessible texts for different audiences;
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and HR teams to develop content that supports business goals and employer branding;
• Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and credibility of all published materials;
• Optimize content for SEO and align with company tone of voice and style guidelines;
• Edit and proofread texts to maintain high editorial standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Author in IT or high-risk industries;
• Proficiency in Russian with a strong portfolio or examples of Russian-language texts;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Experience in creating and adapting technical texts, including terminology explanation for a wider audience;
• Experience in producing HR-related content or supporting HR branding initiatives.
