Required Experience/Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B content marketing for software development companies;
  • Proven success in creating high-performing SEO articles that rank and generate leads in competitive B2B spaces;
  • Experience building content clusters within industry verticals;
  • Strong SEO knowledge — including keyword research, SERP analysis, and on-page optimization;
  • Quickly grasp complex technical and business topics through research or communication with internal experts;
  • Ability to write in a defined Tone & Voice, getting it right on the first try;
  • Analytical mindset. Сonfident using tools like GSC, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to monitor performance and implement improvements;
  • Excellent communication skills — able to extract insights from experts and translate them into clear, authoritative content;
  • Ability to clearly explain and justify your editorial decisions;
  • Basic experience with link building;
  • Proficiency in AI tools to accelerate writing process;
  • Solid understanding of EEAT principles;
  • Understanding of how to align content with sales goals and buyer journeys;
  • Proactive and self-motivated — driven by measurable outcomes.

 

Would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lead generation funnels, or newsletter content strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a content plan for assigned industry verticals — including both new content and article updates;
  • Conduct in-depth SEO research — identify keywords, analyze SERPs, evaluate competitor content, and define structure based on search intent;
  • Interview internal experts (developers, CTOs, BAs) to extract insights for original, experience-driven content;
  • Write long-form, high-quality SEO articles, case studies, and landing pages that follow our internal structure, format, and tone;
  • Optimize each piece for SEO, EEAT, internal linking, and conversion-focused structure (including metadata, CTAs, visuals, and FAQs);
  • Organize backlink building to support content growth;
  • Publish and format content on our website using the WordPress console;
  • Track content performance in GSC, Ahrefs, or other analytics tools and propose data-driven improvements.
