YouTube Video Editor (Freelance)

Hey! We’re looking for a passionate YouTube Video Editor to work with us on a freelance, long-term collaboration. This role is all about being hands-on and engaged in the creative process. You’ll be working on videos for our YouTube channel Jelvix | TECH IN 5 MINUTES.

Responsibilities:

• Edit YouTube videos and assemble footage according to the script.
• Create simple animations and transitions.
• Work with visual elements (text, illustrations).
• Prepare final files for publication.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects (preferably with some initial work examples).
• Basic audio skills (volume leveling, simple sound design).

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator.
• Understanding of color grading.
• Basic 2D motion (titles, simple animations).

Soft Skills:

• Creativity and good visual taste.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Openness to feedback.

Collaboration Terms:

• Freelance collaboration with flexible payment terms — we can agree per video or per minute of final footage.
• Collaboration is conducted via a third-group FOP (self-employed).
• Payments are made once per month.
