AI Transformation Manager
We are Boosta - a holding company that manages a diverse portfolio of products and businesses, supported by a strong and efficient operational headquarters. We’re looking for an AI Integration Expert to design and implement AI solutions that boost business operations and drive innovation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, assess feasibility, and deploy technologies that align with company goals. The role combines technical execution with strategic insight, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging the latest in AI.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing and integrating AI solutions in real-world environments.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
- Experience integrating APIs into broader system architectures.
Nice to Have:
- AI/ML solution deployment in real business environments.
- Automation of business processes using AI or LLM tools.
- API integration and workflow automation.
- Working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI services.
- Cross-functional project delivery involving tech and business teams.
- Building or integrating LLM-based tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
- Experience in digital transformation, product management, or innovation roles
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with coding languages like Python or similar commonly used in AI development.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive strategies for integrating AI technologies into core business functions.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to uncover high-impact opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Implement machine learning models and intelligent algorithms tailored to business needs.
- Oversee the integration of AI tools into existing infrastructure
- Continuously track performance of AI solutions, and workflows to maximize effectiveness and reliability.
- Act as a technical mentor and resource for internal teams, fostering a culture of AI adoption and innovation.
- Keep a close watch on industry developments, incorporating cutting-edge AI trends and technologies into the company’s roadmap.
- Lead training initiatives and workshops to equip employees with practical skills in using AI platforms and solutions effectively.
