AI/ML Engineer

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term

English level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate)

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall engineering experience, including 1+ year in AI/ML
• Solid knowledge of Python and Node.js (TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, deployment, optimization) — OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Grok
• Strong background in NLP: prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Faiss, etc.)
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good understanding of evaluation methods and metrics for LLMs
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize LLM-based applications for production use
• Fine-tune, deploy, and monitor models across different providers (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Grok)
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines for embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval
• Integrate and optimize vector databases for large-scale AI applications
• Apply and improve prompt engineering techniques for real-world use cases
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI services into broader systems
• Define and apply evaluation methods and benchmarks for AI models
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML models, monitoring, logging)
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Background in computer vision or multimodal AI (images, video, audio)
• Publications, open-source contributions, or personal AI/ML projects
• Familiarity with security and compliance considerations for AI applications
