Product UI/UX Designer

Heeeello! We’re looking for a Product/UX Designer to jump in and help a logic-heavy platform in the security and surveillance domain. You’ll work on a complex SaaS product with features such as an interactive map, a visual workflow editor, AI-powered camera search, and a wide range of dashboard modules — from data tables and analytics to admin settings, security monitoring, and collaboration tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning challenging requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces 🙌

Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design
✦ Proficiency in Figma
✦ Skilled in color, composition, and font hierarchy for impactful visuals
✦ Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframes, and design systems
✦ Strong sense of empathy and user-centered thinking
✦ Ability to structure client ideas into clear design solutions
✦ Experience collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints
✦ Proactive mindset, responsibility, and strong self-organization
✦ Upper-intermediate (B2) English for both communication and documentation
✦ Team player, open to feedback and continuous improvement
✦ Nice to have: experience working on surveillance systems or similar B2B applications

Functions and Responsibilities:
✦ Participating in customer Discovery processes and analysis to gain insights into user needs and preferences
✦ Creating User Flows, Personas, and Information Architecture to inform the design process
✦ Developing Wireframes and UI kits to shape the visual aspects of products
✦ Translating designs into Figma prototypes with interactive elements, clever animations, and UI transitions
✦ Engaging in design consultations and providing advisory services to both internal teams and external clients
✦ Maintaining effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional solutions
