TikTok Ads Manager

For this role you'll need:
- 1-2+ years of dedicated experience managing high-performance paid advertising campaigns, with significant emphasis on TikTok Ads Manager
- Proven track record of driving substantial ROI and achieving ambitious goals on TikTok.
- Expert-level knowledge of TikTok ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies, measurement, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex datasets and developing sophisticated optimization strategies.
- Deep understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem and how TikTok fits into cross-channel strategies.

Your duties will be:
1. Develop comprehensive TikTok advertising strategies aligned with diverse company's business objectives (e.g., e-commerce growth, app downloads, brand awareness at scale).
2. Conduct in-depth audience research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to inform campaign strategy.
3. Independently set up, launch, and manage highly optimized TikTok ad campaigns, including complex targeting, advanced bidding strategies, and extensive A/B testing frameworks.
4. Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, identifying advanced trends, opportunities for scale, and areas for improvement.
5. Lead the creative briefing process and provide strategic feedback to creative teams to ensure optimal ad performance on TikTok.
6. Manage substantial ad budgets efficiently, consistently aiming to maximize ROAS and other key company's KPIs.
7. Generate insightful performance reports, provide actionable recommendations, and present results directly to stakeholders.
8. Mentor and provide guidance to Middle and Junior TikTok Ads Managers.
9. Contribute to new business pitches and strategic company's initiatives related to TikTok advertising.
