Media Buyer to $2500
Since 2018, AdNetwork has been successfully working with direct publishers and advertisers, providing its partners with profitable monetization, high-quality traffic, a wide GEO pool (Tier 1β3, 240+ countries), and a variety of ad formats (banners, popunders, pushes, etc.).
The team consists of 30 people across sales, publishers, development & testing, marketing, and support.
Responsibilities:
- Building the MDB department (planning, team hiring, training, and management);
- Setting up and optimizing ad campaigns (CPM/CPC/CPA) - both external and internal networks;
- Increasing eCPM;
- Managing accounts receivable (payouts);
- Setting up the teamβs workflows;
- Analyzing the internal auction for subsequent traffic reselling to other networks;
- Reporting and analytics;
- Testing third-party traffic sources;
Media buying from external traffic sources.
Requirements:
- Experience with POP/PUSH/BANNER/NATIVE traffic;
- Previous experience as a traffic optimizer will be an advantage;
- Previous managerial experience is not required but will be a plus;
- Experience with push subscriber collectors will be a big advantage;
- Experience creating and running funnels (creative + source);
- Experience with trackers (Binom, Voluum, Keitaro, etc.);
- Experience with spy tools;
- Ability to work with autobidders;
- Strong understanding of the market;
- Analytical mindset;
Experience in specific verticals is not required.
