Requirements:
β A strong manager who will supervise the entire portfolio of brandβs social media and community channels, and be responsible for the entire cycle: from strategy-building and positioning to execution.
β 5+ years of experience in building social media and community channels, at least 2 years of which - in web3 / fintech.
β Experience of being a part of an omnichannel marketing department, and managing a team of 10+ subordinates.
β Regional synchronization
β Experience of working inside a matrix structure, building relationships with multiple stakeholders
β Deep understanding of the crypto industry and its audience
β Excellent knowledge of social media trends, algorythms and viral marketing principles
β Experience in building social media and community channels: possess real cases of SMM growth and community activation
β Understanding of marketing funnels and knowledge of how to embed SMM channels in them.
β Strategic thinking, as well as being prepared to immerse oneself into specific tasks, project, and campaigns.
β Confident knowledge of English
β Have experience in both B2B and B2C communications with the audience
β Knowledge of ORM and crisis-management
Responsibilities:
β Developing and execution of SMM and community strategies. Building a long-term growth & engagement plan.
β Working with KPIs: internal marketing department metrics, as well as the goals of stakeholders
β Channel and content management: defining prioritized social media channels and building a stable content flow that would lead to a diverse and differentiated approach.
β Managing a content plan, introducing new formats
β Together with the design and content teams, working on key visuals and tone of voice for Social media channels
β Managing the internal team of SMM and community managers; tracking performance, determinging responsibilities and scaling
β Working with external subcontractors: agencies, creators, etc (when necessary)
β Working with stakeholders inside the matrix structure: prioritizing their tasks, managing expectations and results.
β Community building: activation and retention of community channels via events & activities. Working with community ambassador programs.
β Reputation management: monitoring brand health and participating in the online discourse.
β Analytics & reporting: defining key metrics, planning and control. Building a regular reporting dashboard for the management and internal stakeholders.
β Regional social media teams: Assist new regional teams in launching local community and social media channels, onboarding local specialist into companyβs standards and practices.
