Data Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team and help us work with data to improve business performance and player experience. This is a full-time remote position with flexible career growth opportunities.

 Responsibilities

• Work with databases to identify factors influencing key business metrics.
• Detect inefficiencies and vulnerabilities in payment systems, evaluate their cost-effectiveness, and provide solutions.
• Analyze player behavior and preferences to improve personalized communication and engagement.
• Build dashboards and visualizations (experience with Yandex Datalens or other BI tools is a strong advantage).
• Support ongoing tasks of the analytics department.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year in an analytics role.
• Hard skills:
  • Confident knowledge of Excel.
  • Python (Pandas/Numpy) for working with datasets (extracting, transforming, calculating, etc.).
  • SQL for queries and reporting.
  • Experience with BI (e.g., Datalens) — a big plus.
• Soft skills:
  • Adequacy, creativity, responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and calmly with colleagues.
  • Independence and proactivity.
• Languages: Basic English.
• Education: Not critical, skills and experience are more important.
