Senior Affiliate Manager – Dating Vertical

Hey there! We have an exciting opportunity with Adhoq, a leading Dutch performance marketing company that has been a trusted player in the industry for over 7 years, delivering strong results across major verticals worldwide.

Building on this success, Adhoq has recently launched a CPA Affiliate Network and is now looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior Affiliate Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling the project from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and meet ambitious growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies worldwide.
• Identify, onboard, and support new affiliate partners to expand reach and performance.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, driving optimization and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adopt best practices to keep the affiliate program competitive.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align affiliate strategies with company goals.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the affiliate marketing team, fostering a culture of results and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Hands-on experience in the dating vertical within the last 2–3 years (must-have).
• At least 4 years of experience in the affiliate industry, with the most recent experience on the publisher/affiliate side.
• Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, platforms, and technologies.
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-starter with high motivation, energy, and the ability to perform without micro-management.
• Willingness to work across time zones, beyond a strict 9-to-5 schedule.

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with affiliates and advertisers in the adult dating or other performance niches.
• Previous leadership and team management experience.
