PPC Specialist

We are looking for a PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels, build remarketing strategies, test new traffic sources, and deliver insights that help clients grow. You will also track client activity and market trends, analyze what worked and what didn’t, and turn these findings into practical recommendations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn as core; others as expansion).
  • Develop remarketing strategies across GDN, Facebook, and dynamic remarketing.
  • Run daily optimizations of ads, bids, targeting, and creatives to improve CTR, CPL, and conversions.
  • Test and validate new traffic channels with clear scaling recommendations.
  • Manage analytics setup (GTM, GA4, Firebase) for accurate tracking.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly reports with insights and client activity analysis.
  • Provide recommendations to clients, highlighting growth opportunities and practical improvements.

     

Must-Have Requirements

  • 4+ years in PPC campaign management, incl. 2+ years with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C funnels, with a focus on B2B.
  • Proven success managing campaigns in US/EU markets.
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations.

     

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/Marketing Automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Knowledge of additional channels (Twitter, Bing, Snapchat, CPI networks).
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint).
