PPC (Google Ads.) specialist

AdTribe is a performance marketing agency with 7+ years of experience scaling e-commerce brands in the US and other Tier-1 markets. We partner with clients to grow their businesses through Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms, delivering not just traffic — but measurable business outcomes.

We’re currently looking for Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce (nice to have experience with US market). 
 

What You'll Do

  • Own & Optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) for e-commerce clients targeting the US and other Tier-1 markets.
  • Lead Strategy for scaling client revenue and improving CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key business metrics.
  • Coordinate with clients directly via Slack, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.
  • Analyze & Report campaign performance.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running profitable Google Ads campaigns, especially for e-commerce brands.
  • Deep understanding of Shopping, PMax, Feed Optimization, Conversion Tracking, and Attribution.
  • Confident communicator with Upper-Intermediate+ English.
  • Strong analytical thinking, proactive mindset, and desire to push projects forward.
  • Experience supporting peers by challenging their ideas, suggesting experiments, and shaping strategic decisions.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and taking ownership of results.

     

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in lead generation campaigns (coaching, SaaS, services, etc.).
  • Background in a digital/performance marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads or willingness to expand cross-platform knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CRO, creative testing frameworks, or copywriting best practices.
  • Experience with AI tools for creative ideation or automation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AdCreative.ai, etc.).
