Senior Product Manager

About Us

We build career centers for associations. Our platform powers hundreds of organizations, helping their members find jobs, grow their careers, and connect with employers. We’re at an inflection point: expanding into higher-ed, layering in AI-powered tools, and standing up new employer products—all while balancing revenue-share dynamics with associations and a tougher employer market.

We need a product leader who can see the whole board: someone who thrives on ambiguity, can translate messy inputs into clear priorities, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in the details.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across our core platform and new initiatives. This isn’t an “associate” or “feature PM” role. You’ll sit close to leadership, owning big pieces of the roadmap that directly affect revenue, customer retention, and growth. You’ll balance customer success needs, sales pressures, and long-term product vision while keeping us moving fast without losing focus.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the roadmap for key areas of the platform (career tools, employer products, integrations, analytics).
  • Translate strategy into execution—scoping problems, writing clear PRDs, prototypes, and working hand-in-hand with engineering and design.
  • Drive adoption and revenue by building products associations love, members use, and employers pay for—without breaking the rev-share model.
  • Deep dive into data (GA4, Salesforce, email marketing) to size opportunities, track usage, and inform decisions.
  • Bridge departments—partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure launches are smooth and customers know the value.
  • Balance priorities between short-term fires (retention, customer asks) and long-term bets (AI, employer monetization, expansion opportunities)
  • Lead with clarity—communicating trade-offs, setting expectations, and keeping everyone aligned.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven senior-level chops—you’ve owned major product areas, not just tickets or features.
  • Strong business acumen—you understand revenue models, margins, and the “why” behind trade-offs.
  • Data fluency—comfortable with dashboards, funnels, and SQL-lite querying.
  • Excellent communication—clear English writer and speaker, strong facilitator, no jargon.
  • Hands-on builder—comfortable working lean, making incremental progress, and iterating fast.

Why This Role

  • You’ll be a key product leader in a growing company where product is the differentiator.
  • You’ll have the ear of the leadership team—your input will shape strategy, not just execution.
  • You’ll help solve hard problems: revenue in a tough market, retention against competitors, and scaling new business lines.
  • You’ll work with a small but mighty team where clarity, speed, and ownership matter more than bureaucracy.
